		<description>What is this, Dubai?  Whats with the curvilinear form?  The transparency and showing the structure is nice, but the roof garden and undulating facade look like something straight out of Jumiera Gardens, not San Francisco.  They should reference the already firmly established design aesthetic for the city and build on that - especially for such an important civic building.</description>
