At the time Urbanlogic’s Director Ian J Vincent’s was the senior landscape architect and project manager and responsible for concept development of an integrated urban design landscape design and has produced design codes for the 220ha neighbourhood in Waikanae North
The development of Ngarara Farm Masterplan is a cutting edge example of low impact development, with over half of the site devoted to wetlands, forests, productive uses and re-vegetation.
